Discover the Premier Golf & Boat Club for the Inner Banks of North Carolina
Tucked along the serene shores of the Albemarle Sound, Occano Golf & Boat Club offers a special kind of escape—one where the pace slows, the water beckons, and the world feels a little farther away. It’s a rare offering that pairs golf with boating in an intentionally unpretentious fashion.
As a member, you’ll be treated to an inviting lifestyle that welcomes those who live along the Inner Banks, as well as those who keep the Inner Banks alive in their hearts.
GOLF
Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course
Touted as the “Jewel of the Inner Banks,” this 7,463-yard 18-hole championship masterpiece features 11 holes paralleling the majestic Albemarle Sound and scenic Salmon Creek. And it plays as beautifully as it looks. North Carolina Golf Panel named it in the Top 10 Semiprivate courses in the state and in the Top 3 for Eastern North Carolina. For golfers of all caliber, it’s a must-play course.
Boating without the Burden
Belonging to Occano Golf & Boat Club means effortless access to life on the water. When you’re not using your boat, it’s safely stored for you, ready at a moment’s notice. And when the water calls, the club takes care of everything—launching your boat and securing it at the dock. All you have to do is step aboard.
Whether you’re in the mood for a leisurely cruise around the Sound, a journey up the Intracoastal Waterway, or an open-sea adventure, the possibilities are endless. Here, there’s no hassle—just the freedom to explore.
